Our Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) in Pakistan covers a wide range of clientele in Pakistan. Under this contract we look after each and every need of the company under contract following in the domain of Information Technology. The solution to their problems with reference to our work is just a call away from them.

Companies who sign an Annual Maintenance Contract with us integrate their office with our team of professionals. Without spending a lot on IT infrastructure they get access to a complete IT Department. Whatever the situation they have people around who can handle the problems for them.

In general we can define that the following are the major services which we provide to our clientele in this reference:

1. Any networking or hardware configuration problem  would be solved by TechnoSys
    

2. Any cabling / wireless network problem would be solved by TechnoSys
    

3. Any Software Installation required due to system corruption would be done by TechnoSys
    

4. Quarterly Servicing of all the system and inspection of the networking structure would be provided by TechnoSys
    

5. Centralizing data on server where required would be setup by TechnoSys.
    
6. Setting up backup devices in order to save data from corruption
    

7. Building off site backup strategies where required
    

8. Installation and maintaining antivirus operations in order to safe guard against intrusions and other spywares. 

The following items are not included in the contract:

1. Replacement / repair of any part / accessories of the system or the network. In case any such thing is to be replaced or repaired the company would be charged for the replacement / repair shifting of Network from one premise to another. 
    

2. In case it is required it would be charged as on case to case basis
    

3. All Software licenses of software’s the client wishes to install would be provided by the client
    

4. Any data loss on the part of the client would not be the responsibility of TechnoSys.

1. Computers to be maintained on a local area network with structured cabling/ wireless techniques. The network would be a client server based network or working on a work group depending on client requirements.
    

2. The operating system to be maintained on the server would be Windows 2000/ 2003 Server or any other server where as on the client there would be Windows XP Professional or any other client operating system
    

3. All the systems would be configured on the network so that they can share their data, apply security on confidential information and use internet from one account which may be shared on the network..
